Most in-stock orders ship the same or next business day from the USA. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on qualifying US orders. Any thresholds are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for help.

GPS Trackers
Do GPS trackers require a subscription?
Most real-time GPS trackers use the cellular network and require a low-cost data plan (monthly or annual) from the device maker. Product pages note plan requirements. Bluetooth item finders like AirTag never require a subscription.
What is the difference between a GPS tracker and a Bluetooth item finder?
GPS trackers use satellites and cellular networks for unlimited real-time range, ideal for vehicles, pets and people. Bluetooth finders (AirTag, Tile, Chipolo) are best for nearby items like keys and rely on a crowd-sourced network with no subscription.
Will a tracker work anywhere in the US?
Our cellular trackers use nationwide 4G LTE coverage. Some models also offer worldwide or LTE-M coverage. Check the product page for details.
Which GPS tracker should I choose?
It depends on what you want to track. Our GPS Tracker Buying Guide compares vehicle, pet, personal, and asset trackers to help you decide.
Dash Cams
Do I need a memory card?
Most dash cams require a microSD card (some, like the REDTIGER F7NP, include one). We recommend a high-endurance card sized to your resolution and desired recording length.
What is parking mode?
Parking mode lets a dash cam monitor your vehicle while parked, saving footage when it detects an impact or motion. It usually requires a hardwire kit for continuous power.
Are dash cams hard to install?
Single-channel cameras plug into your 12V outlet in minutes. Front-and-rear or hardwired setups take a bit longer; we are happy to point you to installation resources.
What resolution do I need?
4K delivers the sharpest detail and most readable license plates, while 1440p (2K) and 1080p offer excellent value and smaller file sizes. See our Dash Cam Buying Guide for a full comparison.

What is your return policy?
